Het glasvezel project op het bedrijventerrein Stepelo is een initiatief van de bedrijvenvereniging. Het doel is om alle ondernemingen op het terrein een aansluiting te geven voor de laagst mogelijke prijs. Dit uitgangspunt was voor de provincie Overijssel reden om het project financieel te ondersteunen met een subsidie. Oost NV heeft, onder de paraplu van Stichting Glasvezel Oost Nederland, eveneens ondersteuning verleend bij de opzet van het project. Ook de Gemeente Haaksbergen draagt bij mede omdat bedrijven op het nieuwe bedrijventerrein Stepelerveld via het zelfde netwerk zullen worden aangekoppeld.
Uitvoering en beheer
Voor de uitvoering en het beheer van het netwerk heeft de bedrijvenvereniging Stepelo Infra BV opgericht. Deze BV is verbonden met de bedrijvenverenigingvereniging en heeft geen winstoogmerk. Mede daardoor blijven de kosten laag en genieten de leden een voordeel.
SIERS Telecom/Infra-Totaal heeft het netwerk aangelegd in samenwerking met de toeleveranciers Emtelle en Tecnolimit.
De aanleg is in januari 2015 van start gaan en in augustus 2015 voltooid.
Overeenkomsten zijn gesloten met TreNT en NDIX, waarmee toegang wordt gekregen tot het world wide web. De ondernemers kunnen de diensten kiezen die ze wensen en zijn niet afhankelijk van één aanbieder.
Contracten met de deelnemers op Stepelo
Alle deelnemende ondernemers ontvangen hebben eind februari 2015 het contract voor de aansluiting ontvangen. Bij ondertekening vóór november 2015 worden geen éénmalige kosten in rekening gebracht.
Het contract omvat de levering van de toegang tot internet via het glasvezel netwerk van Stepelo en de NDIX poort tesamen. Er is een keuze uit een een 50Mbit/s of 100Mbit/s aansluiting. Via NDIX krijgen de deelnemers en gebruikers alle relevante informatie over de aansluiting en over de dienstverlening die op de digitale markplaats wordt geboden.
Ook de financiele-, onderhouds- en storingsafhandeling loopt via het NDIX account.
Kosten:
Eenmalig: € 2.500,=
Per maand passief: leden € 66,= niet-leden € 125,=
Per maand 50Mbit/s: leden € 101,= niet-leden € 160,=
Per maand 100Mbit/s: leden € 116,= niet-leden € 175,=
Oplerverdatum van de glasvezel verbinding
De verbinding is in september 2015 effectief geworden. Vanaf dat moment konden de ondernemers via het glasvezelnetwerk hun internetdiensten afnemen.
Welke diensten zijn beschikbaar op ons netwerk?
Via het open netwerk van NDIX kunnen de ondernemers kiezen uit een groot aantal diensten van een of meer aanbieders.
Een overzicht van alle aanbieders staat op de NDIX website. Op aanvraag is er een onafhankelijke adviseur en telecomscan beschikbaar.
Door de juiste diensten via glasvezel te kiezen is vaak een kostenbesparing mogelijk. Dat kan bijvoorbeeld door internet en telefonie te combineren via de nieuwe veel snellere glasvezelaansluiting.
